End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is concluded between Uğur Varlıklı, operating under the ITMagic Academy brand (Licensor), and you regarding the use of ITMagic Academy digital content and its online platform (Content). By purchasing, accessing or using the Content, you accept this Agreement. It applies together with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy; in case of conflict regarding the use of the Content, this Agreement prevails.

For each paid and non-refunded purchase, you are granted the right to use the Content solely for your own personal education during the access period stated on the purchase page. This right is non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable. The Content is licensed, not sold.

The online platform and recorded content are accessible through your account for the period you purchased. When the period ends, new access closes; if you renew, you continue where you left off. Your practice test history and scores may remain visible in your account.

The following are prohibited: copying, distributing, renting, selling, making available to third parties or publishing the Content on another platform; sharing or transferring your account or login credentials; bulk exporting practice test questions and answers; circumventing or attempting to circumvent access and verification mechanisms; scraping the Content with automated tools; making audio or video recordings of live lessons.

Downloadable materials and certificates may carry a visible or invisible mark specific to you to prevent unauthorized sharing. Removing or altering these marks is prohibited.

All rights in the Content, practice tests, platform software, brand and website content belong to the Licensor. SAT, AP, IB and IGCSE are trademarks of their respective organizations; ITMagic Academy is not affiliated with them and the Content is written originally.

This Agreement remains in force for as long as your license is valid. Upon a material breach of this Agreement, a refund of the related purchase, or a successful chargeback, the related license terminates automatically. Upon termination you must stop using the Content and delete any materials you downloaded.

The Content is provided as is and does not guarantee any particular exam result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law are reserved.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence are reserved.
