About

Born in Lisbon and a native Portuguese speaker. He read Business Management at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, took a post-graduate degree in Information Systems at Universidade Aberta, and holds a trainer certification from the Portuguese National Employment Ministry.

The first part of his career was spent in logistics, finance and enterprise systems: ERP rollouts (MS Dynamics and SAP), supply chains and international consulting projects. The Chartered Accountant title and the SAP and Microsoft certifications come from that period.

He brings that background to the lesson. He is used to taking a complex system apart; instead of asking a student to memorise a rule, he shows why the rule works that way. Active in Portugal, Brazil and Turkey.

Method

Build the structure first, then pick up speed

Lessons are planned around the student's own curriculum and exam calendar. A topic is treated like a system: the parts are separated, the links between them are established, and only then is the question worked through. The habit comes from enterprise work and it transfers, because an exam question is also asking how a system behaves.

About

I originally wanted to be a mathematician. During my computer engineering studies, I came to see that mathematics is the foundational building block of engineering: that a good engineer must first be a good mathematician. The desire to pass this realization on to the next generation led me to found my own academic center in 2008; I have been teaching ever since, for twenty years.

Over the years I have learned one clear thing: in crowded classrooms, students' cognitive perception and learning decline. In groups of no more than three, results improve dramatically. I built ITMagic Academy on this principle: not a classroom, but coaching. I bring my engineering experience and a carefully built network of former students and industry professionals to bear on each student's path: career perspective is part of this work, alongside the lesson itself.

Every student begins with a forty-five-minute complimentary introductory meeting: we gather data, analyze the current situation together, and set a realistic target. Then we agree on a schedule: for every hour they spend with me, they commit to two hours of focused independent study. I provide the structure; discipline is the student's.

Method

Complimentary intro + 1:2 study ratio

In a 45-minute complimentary intro meeting, we analyze the student's current standing and set a realistic target together. We then build a schedule on a 1:2 ratio: for every hour spent with me, two hours of independent study. The structure is mine; discipline is the student's.

About

After completing my degree in Sociology at Anadolu University, I earned a master's degree and further training at Çukurova and Mersin Universities, and worked for nearly eighteen years as a psychological counselor and guidance teacher in the private sector.

Along the way I gathered many trainings on education and on people: student and life coaching, NLP, quantum learning and Characterix among them. I am one of those who believe that human beings have an immense capacity to do many things, both separately and together.

I then moved to İzmir, my most cherished dream, and began independent work in education, along with a two-year venture into commerce. My aim was to rethink everything I knew and find the version of myself closest to the truth. I believe it is precious to keep our perspective wide and to find the things that let us realize ourselves. I will be glad to be in touch with you along this path.
