Which data is processed?
Through the contact form we collect name, email, phone, target exam, school, exam date and message content. Throughout the service we additionally process payment information, lesson attendance and exam scores.
Processing purposes
Your personal data is processed for managing communication requests, providing the educational service, conducting payment processes, fulfilling legal obligations and improving service quality.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to access, rectify, request deletion of your data and object to its processing. Reach us at bilgi@itmagic.com.tr for any request.
Browser notifications (Web Push)
When you enable notifications, your browser's push service (Chrome → FCM, Firefox → Mozilla) generates an endpoint and two encryption keys that we store. These are not personal identifiers; they are technical requirements for delivery. Which notification you opened (click) is kept as an anonymous counter: for statistics and delivery quality. The moment you say 'Disable notifications', all records are deleted.
