For a subject with no teacher,
a platform and a mentor for your students.
An institution does not need a teacher for every subject. Schools and academies can buy ITMagic memberships in bulk and give their students platform access and one-to-one mentoring for AP, IB and SAT preparation. Group purchases are discounted.
Subjects we support
Where we can support
- AP Computer Science A (Java)
- AP Computer Science Principles
- AP Cybersecurity
- AP Calculus AB / BC
- AP Statistics
- Digital SAT Mathematics
This list is not fixed. Requirements outside these subjects are reviewed during the first call.
Why group memberships
No permanent hire for a single student
Demand for most international exam subjects is uneven: one term brings three students, the next brings none. Building a permanent team against that pattern is not economical. A membership per student meets the demand without placing the risk on the institution.
No fixed cost
Pricing is a monthly membership per student, discounted for group purchases. No cost arises in a term without students.
Curriculum arrives ready
The topic plan, practice exams, diagnostic tests and score analysis come ready on the platform. There is no set-up period.
The institution keeps its name
Parent communication and the student relationship stay with the institution. How visible the partnership becomes is decided together.
Partnership models
Three ways of working
The models are alternatives to one another. The right one depends on the structure of the institution and the number of students involved.
Referral
The student takes an ITMagic membership and the referring institution receives an agreed share. Tracking and parent reporting run on the ITMagic side.
Group membership
The institution buys memberships for the students it selects. The plan and the number of students are written down at the start, and the group purchase is discounted.
Course support
The institution's own courses continue; the ITMagic platform supports them with practice exams, diagnostic tests and reports. Pricing is per student membership.
Process
How it moves forward
Four steps. Each step produces a written output; nothing proceeds on a verbal understanding alone.
Introduction
The subject and the volume of support the institution needs are discussed.
Scope and price
The plan, number of students, group discount and calendar are written in a one-page agreement.
Pilot term
The first term runs with a limited number of students and the outcome is measured.
Continuation
Based on the pilot, the scope is widened or the protocol is closed.
Request an institutional call
Partnership enquiries can be sent through the contact form. Naming the institution, the programme of interest and an estimated student count makes the first call more productive.
Enquiries are answered on business days.
