Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover the online exam preparation platform offered under the ITMagic Academy brand, its memberships and the online mentoring included in them, its digital products, payment processes and the use of its digital platforms (website, student, parent and tutor panels). ITMagic Academy is provided by Uğur Varlıklı, an individual seller based in Türkiye (we, us). By using the website, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply together with the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Notice and the License Agreement. In case of conflict regarding the use of digital content and the platform, the License Agreement prevails.

What we offer is an online exam preparation platform (AP, IB, SAT, IGCSE and the French system). The platform is used through three plans: the Membership plan gives access to tests, reports, the video library and materials; the Mentoring packages add a set number of hours of one-to-one online mentoring sessions. These sessions are built on the practice exam and report results on the platform: the results are reviewed with the student and the study plan is updated. Membership is priced per exam: it gives access only to the content of the exams you choose, each additional exam is added at the same price and practice exams grow with the number of exams. Mentoring is sold in 5 and 10 hour packages: the package includes the membership, all chosen exams are unlocked, the hours are used whenever needed and the membership closes when the hours are used or 6 months after the package opens at the latest. Mentoring is offered only as part of a membership; hours are not sold separately. One-off digital products can also be purchased: online practice tests, digital study materials and recorded lesson content. The scope of each plan and product is stated on its purchase page. We do not offer in-person teaching. The platform is continuously developed; features may change over time and roadmap statements are not binding commitments.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering. Most of our students are under 18: for a student under 18, the purchase and registration are made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf.

All membership tiers and digital products are sold directly by ITMagic Academy. Payment is made by bank transfer; the membership opens once the transfer reaches our account and is confirmed. Prices are in Turkish lira; the USD amounts shown on the English and French pages are approximate, calculated with the weekly exchange rate, and for information only. Membership is bought for a period of 1, 3 or 6 months and does not renew automatically: each period requires a new transfer, and a membership that is not renewed closes at the end of the period. Mentoring package prices are given on request. We may change prices; changes do not affect a period already paid and are announced in advance.

The hours and practice exams in a Mentoring package are used within 6 months of the package opening at the latest; hours and practice exams not used in that time lapse and are not refunded separately. Sessions are scheduled on the platform. Students who enrolled in a live lesson program before these terms took effect keep the enrollment, cancellation and payment conditions in force at the time of enrollment until the end of their current term, and continue to pay by bank transfer for that term. A student who wants to continue after the term moves to one of the membership plans.

A mentoring session cancelled 24 hours or more in advance is not deducted from the month's hours and is rescheduled. The length of a session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed, is deducted from that month's mentoring hours. After 5 consecutive missed sessions, no new session is scheduled until we have spoken with the student and the parent.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Digital products are digital content delivered once payment is confirmed. The 14-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy applies. You do not need to do anything to stop a membership; if no new transfer is made it closes at the end of the period.

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes third-party rights, or to harm systems. Accounts are personal; they may not be shared, transferred or used by more than one student. Recording mentoring sessions, attempting to circumvent access or verification mechanisms, and bulk downloading or automated scraping of exam questions and materials are prohibited.

Course materials provided by tutors, practice tests and all digital content are the intellectual property of ITMagic Academy. Sharing them with third parties or publishing them on other platforms is prohibited. This is not limited to materials: unauthorized copying, automated scraping or reproduction of the website's design, text content, code and overall structure on another site or platform is also prohibited. Lessons and quiz questions are licensed to the user's account; they may be marked with account details, and the number of topics that can be opened per day may be limited. Accounts used in breach of these rules may be suspended.

ITMagic Academy is an independent educational provider. SAT and AP are registered trademarks of College Board; IB is a trademark of the International Baccalaureate Organization; IGCSE is a trademark of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. We are not affiliated with these organizations, and our services are not endorsed or sponsored by them. Our practice tests follow the format of the official exams; their content is written originally.

Exam scores and university admissions depend on the student's work, the exam day and the decisions of institutions. Our services do not guarantee any particular score, grade or admission. Practice test scores and predictions are guidance, not official results.

The digital platform is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data or goodwill). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law are reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms or the License Agreement. Access rights tied to transactions that are refunded or subject to a successful chargeback end in accordance with the Refund Policy and the License Agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply, and these Terms do not limit those rights. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
