Terms of Service

These terms cover all online and on-site educational services offered by ITMagic Academy, payment processes and the use of digital platforms (website, student/parent/tutor panels).

When you enroll in a program, the first 2 weeks are an introduction period with free cancellation rights. Afterwards, cancellation/transfer requests are processed with a fee equal to 30% of the remaining hours.

Cancellation 24 hours in advance: free, doesn't count against excuse quota. Cancellation under 24 hours or no-show: counts as 1 excuse. Two excuses per month are granted; beyond that, a make-up fee of 50% of the hourly rate applies. 5 consecutive no-shows automatically suspend the package.

Lesson materials, mock exams and all digital content provided by tutors are the intellectual property of ITMagic Academy. Sharing with third parties or publishing on other platforms is prohibited. This extends beyond course materials: unauthorized copying, automated scraping, or reproduction of the website's design, text content, code or overall structure on another site or platform is likewise prohibited.
