We only collect data necessary to provide the service: contact information (form, email, phone), account information (for sign-in), payment data (via third-party providers), and service usage data (attendance, assignments, progress).
To deliver the educational service, track your exam date, produce parent reports, manage payment plans and improve service quality. Your data is yours. Never sold to third parties for marketing.
To provide the service we work with professional payment providers (Stripe, iyzico). Database, user accounts and files all live on servers under our control in Turkey. We rely on each provider's own privacy policy.
Your data is retained for the duration of our service relationship and afterwards until legal retention periods expire. You may request deletion at any time at bilgi@itmagic.com.tr; we delete within 30 days to the extent allowed by legal obligations.
